Turnaround Time

Our goal is to manufacture and ship every order as quickly as possible while also maintaining our extremely high standard of quality.

  • Print orders typically take 3-5 business days to manufacture before shipping.
  • We ship all orders Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays).
  • Once your order has shipped, your tracking number will be available via your order history.
  • If you have specific shipping requests or further questions, please email support@forever.com, or call our support team at 1-888-FOREVER (1-888-367-3837) from 8am-9pm Eastern, Monday-Friday or 10am-6pm Eastern, Saturday-Sunday.
  • We are not responsible for orders delayed by shipping carriers due to adverse weather conditions or mechanical issues.
  • Time frames listed below are estimates and vary depending on specific shipping location.

U.S. Shipping Methods

Economy

Generally arrives 2-8 business days after shipping notification.

Orders shipped via Economy generally arrive within 2-8 business days following the standard production process.

* Please note: Economy shipping times may be longer for US customers in remote areas or outside of the contiguous United States.

Standard

Generally arrives 2-5 business days after shipping notification.

Orders shipped via Standard generally arrive within 2-5 business days following the standard production process. Please note that Standard typically does not deliver on Saturdays.

Expedited

Generally arrives 2 business days after shipping notification.

Orders shipped via Expedited generally arrive within 2 business days following the standard production process. Please note that Expedited typically does not deliver on Saturdays.

Rush

Generally arrives the next business day after shipping notification.

Orders shipped via Rush generally arrive the next business day following the standard production process, with arrival time varying based on destination. Please note that Rush does not deliver on Saturdays.

US PO Boxes

Orders being shipped to PO Boxes in the United States are limited to Economy shipping.

APO Addresses

Orders being shipped to an APO address are not subject to any of the time frames above and will take longer to be received.

International Shipping Methods

Please note that international orders are subject to Customs, which may extend the time it takes to receive your shipment.

Canada Expedited

Generally arrives 3-4 business days after shipping notification.

Orders shipped via Canada Expedited generally arrive within 3-4 business days following the standard production process.

Canada Standard

Generally arrives 7 business days after shipping notification.

Orders shipped via Canada Standard generally arrive within 7 business days following the standard production process.

Canada Economy

Generally arrives 10-12 business days after shipping notification.

Orders shipped via Canada Economy generally arrive within 10-12 business days following the standard production process.

International

Generally arrives 14 business days after shipping notification.

Orders shipped via International generally arrive within 14 business days following the standard production process.

Canadian PO Boxes

Orders being shipped to PO Boxes are limited to Canada Economy.

International PO Boxes

International shipments (outside North America) cannot be delivered to a PO Box at this time.
